Numbers
This will be, perhaps, the shortest lesson in the Tutorial. Numbers are simply another type of adjective. They follow the same rules as other adjectives; they must follow the object described.
- Zegora ishrak aduk ar tegdarg odgoz. -> Five giaks damage the barricade with a catapult.
- ¿ Ta okakim zek kika kez ? -> Are you hiding many coins(money) ?
For numbers larger than ninety-nine, giaks generally used the word for many: kez.
Numbers like twenty-two and seventy-eight are hyphenated combinations of two numbers.
- Twenty-two -> Gogoz-ig
- Seventy-eight -> Nazgiz-sha
- Thirteen -> Da-ga
Note that thirteen is not 'ishrakig-ga.' 'Da' is the proper word to use for the -teen numbers.
